Field Sobriety Tests

Police will administer numerous tests in order to establish whether or not they have Reasonable Cause to force you to take a breath test. Common examples are counting backwards from 99 to 66, reciting your ABC's, asking how much education you have, using a pen and asking you to have your eyes follow the pen, Walk and Turn, and One Legged Stand. See below for some of the standardized tests that are performed routinely when an officer has a suspicion of drinking and driving.

Jacob Perrone was excellent. He was responsive and understood the law. I would recommend him! Christine Rice
Jacob helped me out immensely when I got a DUI and lost my professional license. He got it reinstated for me in record time! He had great advice for me, worked hard and was fair and honest. Anonymous
